FAQ

What is your return policy? 

There is a 14 day guarantee on all product. If you are not 100% satisfied, we'll take the item back and refund you. The item MUST be unused and in new condition. Item must have original packaging. 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will refund you 100% at no charge. 

Returns can be handled via email at sales@thefriendlypaw.com or via Facebook messenger. We ensure a prompt response.

Can I track my order? 

Generally after making a purchase, we will send you tracking information via email or Facebook messenger, this generally excludes our weekly free items. You can track your package through the email or by entering your order information on the Track Order page. 

Tracking may take a few days to activate after your order has been placed. Give it some time. If it's over 6 days and the details aren't updating, send us an email. 

I ordered more than one item. Will they be grouped together in one package? 

Generally, no. We work with a few distribution centers. Expect the packages to come separately. 

How long until I receive my order? 

Orders typically take between 2-4 weeks for delivery depending on your location. You can track your order on the Track Order page. 

How do I use a discount code? 

Discount codes must be entered at the checkout page. You must press "apply" for it to generate a total update. Limit of 1 discount code per transaction order. 

Is your website safe? 

Absolutely. Yes. Our store includes a 128 bit SSL certificate that is used by the store shopping cart.

How long is international shipping? 

International shipping can take anywhere from 15-45 days. 

How long is shipping time for promotions? 

Shipping time can range from 2-4 weeks depending on the volume of orders placed on that particular promotion.
